• Contact details you provide through our contact form, by email or by phone: name, company name, email address, phone number and the content of your message.
• Candidate data submitted through our campaigns: name, contact details, work experience, availability and the answers to the questions belonging to the vacancy.
• Client data needed for our cooperation, such as contact persons, billing details and correspondence.
• Technical and usage data from our website, such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and the source of your visit.

• Answering your request and preparing a campaign proposal.
• Running recruitment campaigns and reviewing responses to vacancies.
• Sharing suitable candidates with the client of the relevant vacancy.
• Performing our agreement, invoicing and administration.
• Improving our website and measuring the reach of our campaigns.
• Meeting legal obligations, including statutory retention for tax purposes.

We process data based on your consent (for example when responding to a vacancy or when non-essential cookies are placed), the performance of a contract, a legal obligation, or our legitimate interest in delivering and improving our services. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Candidate data is shared only with the client of the vacancy the candidate responded to. We also work with service providers that process data on our behalf, such as hosting, email and advertising platforms and our administration. We have data processing agreements with these parties. We do not sell personal data. Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we put appropriate safeguards in place, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

• Contact form requests: up to 24 months after the last contact.
• Candidate data: up to 12 months after the campaign ends, unless the candidate agrees to a longer period.
• Administrative and tax records: 7 years, as required by law.

Our website uses functional cookies required to make the site work, and analytical cookies that let us measure visits and campaign results through Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. Advertising platforms we run campaigns on may also place cookies to measure the reach and results of advertisements. You can refuse or delete cookies through your browser settings.

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data against loss and unlawful access, including encrypted connections, access on a need-to-know basis and periodic review of our systems.

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. Send your request to info@staffingagency.nl. We respond within four weeks. If you disagree with the outcome, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
